YARD LIGHTS

The Cooperative shall make available to its members, outside yard lighting (dusk to dawn), which will be installed and maintained under the following conditions:

  • The Cooperative shall be responsible for installation and normal maintenance which shall  be carried out during regular working hours on routine trips.  If the member requires service in addition to this, the member shall be billed for the expense.
  • Service for this schedule is for non-metered lighting only, for the exclusive use of the member and not for resale.
  • There will be an actual cost charge, payable in advance, for moving an outside light from one location to another for the convenience of the member.
  • Payment is due and payable upon receipt of the bill which shall be on or about the first day of each month.  In event payment is not made by the 25th day of the month, the light shall be subject to disconnect without any further notice.
  • Any exception to the policy as herein stated must be approved by the General Manager.

 

TYPES OF LIGHTING & RATE SCHEDULE

RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL

40 Watt LED / 100 Watt High Pressure Sodium

  • Member agrees to pay $7.35 per month per light.
  • Light will be installed on existing transformer or meter pole.

100 Watt LED / 250 Watt High Pressure Sodium

  • Member agrees to pay $11.80 per month per light.
  • Light will be installed on existing transformer or meter pole.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If members requirements and needs shall require installation of lights on poles other than the existing transformer or meter pole, such request may be allowed provided the consumer pays, in advance, an "Aid of Construction" fee sufficient to offset costs incurred by the Cooperative for poles, labor and associated wiring.
